For people that have already taken the exam, when do you think is a good time to start doing questions?? i'm on my first read listening to DVD's, half way through them, and i have about 10 weeks still to go before the exam, should i start questions now or should i start after the first read?

i guess a better question would be, how long would it take me to get thru qbank? and also which question banks do you suggest? would qbank and UW be sufficient and the best way to go?

Didn't mean to ask so many questions in one..i hope u get the gist of what i'm asking and looking forward to hearing of your wisdom. As always, thanks in advance.

I just had the exam today. In my experience, questions are similar to Kaplan Q bank and NBME. I think Kaplan Q book is tougher than the actual exam. I did some Goljan questions in his notes and they were very helpful. I think it is never too early to start doing questions. Hope this helps.

I started Q-bank about two and a half months before the test and usmleworld about one and a half months before the test. Subscribed for 1 month only, spent at least five hours a day, at least 200 questions a day. It helps making you comfortable with the test format. I had studied a lot before doing questions. Hope it helps.
