Hi Chaf,
You have great credentials!
Cornell should be No1. ( its neurology and neurosurgery was ranked No.4 nationally)
Washington University should be No.2 ( its neurology and neurosurgery was ranked No.8 nationally)

Not sure others

Good luck!

It depends on what you want. If you are interested in research I would say #1 WashU #2 Cornell. If you want to do MS research or neuro-imaging fellowship then rank SUNY-Buffalo #1. If you are not so interested in research but want excellent clinical training then I would rank Cornell #1 than WasU. And of course there are the geographical issues... NYC vs St Louis , personal issues, size of the faculty, peers, etc...

It is a very difficult decision. The name is NOT everything. But again it depends on YOUR goals in life. E.g. which is more important personal happiness or fame? Supportive faculty or hard-core bootcamp training? Indepence or individualized attention? At least these were the things that I was thinging about when I was in your position. Your previous experience and your personality should influence your final decision more than any opinion coming from us.

It is your life at the end. Good luck with your decision and the Match!
