A pregnant lady in her third pregnancy came to your antenatal clinic for the first time with a history of previous 2 cesarean section. She is near term but not sure of her dates. You have to plane for her third cesarean section. While going through her records you come to know that she had 3 visits to a doctor. According to her record she had
1. CBC showing Hb 10.5%
2. Urine for pregnancy test (+)
3. First bimanual examination done by doctor indicating 6 weeks size uterus
4. Fetal heart sound was heard by nurse a week ago
5. US done 1 month ago showing 32 weeks pregnancy
6. Patient is giving history of feeling fetal moment for 3 month.
What you think is the single most important information in her record for planning her cesarean section?

When ever planing a cesarean section the most important imformation will be the imformation confirming the age of fetus and in this case first bimanual examination done by doctor indicating 6 weeks size uterus (option 3) will give you the most acurate dating information and hence age of fetus so it is the most important information you need in this cas .
