Hi, I have some queries about Couple Match: 1) Can any two random people, who prepare together are said to constitute a couple or they need to be related, Like Siblings/ married? 2) What are its pros and Cons 3) I am uploading a NRMP Data sheet about couple match, please have a look and comment. Thanks

1. We have seen brothers in a match and close friends who wanted to be in the same area 2. It works as far as I know.

Thanks Sir!!!! but is there any drawback of couple match, are they eligible for all programs? Are there any Universities that tend to favour or disfavour couple match

Some programs favor couples (eg: UMKC, St. Josephs in NJ, U of Ohio)...other's dont'...you would have to prioritize what's more important to you, matching in your dream program (incase they don't favor couples) or being with this other person. Call PC's they'll let you how much they favor couples.
