Some palces need immunization for MMR, HBV, and TB, and some places don't.

Check
Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee for the list of immunization they may need for observership. I believe this list work aslo work for other places

Thanks Amir,The thing is whether i have to produce letter of immunisation details from Indian hospitals or from US hospitals. And how should i ask for it in the hospitals.any oone who had undergone this problems plus insurance , please help me

For insurance, try S.O.S

List of immuinzation from India is acceptable, in case of they mentioned the Reg. No. of vaccine.
