but why weight gain ? pitutary adenoma.?

webjeee,wouldnt they have bitemporal hemianopsia(pitutary adenoma?)if we r thinking of a pitutary adenoma,may be cushing's causing weight gain,but there r many other features to be associated too.
i go for peudotumor cerebri too
