Most sensitive n specific method for identifying ZES is high fasting gastrin level >150pg/ml
(but that doesnt rule out other causes of high gastrin like seen in obese pts, pts on proton pump inhibitors or H2blockers, renal failure pts, some cases of acholrhydia)
so whats the next step which is gold standard dx for ZES?

Correct 
yes IV secretin is gold standard. Its positive if there is paradoxical increase in gastrin in 2-30 min.
Then u should do CT of pancreas to rule out MEN I besides the lab studies of Calcium, PTH, prolactin, LH-FSH, GH levels.
