i get my score report.i get 91 which is equal to 224 in 3 digit score..
idont know my feelings...iam not happy and not sad...some says its good score ..some says itsnt as there is alot of 99 in the forums...
iam really work hard but i lack sleep during exam...
iam looking for pathology resident..
any comments doc??

i am experiencing some panic attacks (yup diagnosed myself, panic disorder's right smack in first aid usmle step1) .
pls help me by giving some advice coz i have 2 weeks left

study materials:kaplan lectuer notes +Q book(sorry for people love 1st aid (ididnt open 1st aid)
duration:6 month study
Q:Begin with kaplan Q bank and last month do usmle world
result in Q bank is 77% and usmle world is 69%
do NBME before 4 months of my exam and my score was 410(equals 190)
do the rest of nbme form the forums
usmle cd:38,44,42
any Q i will be very happy to answer..

i know ur in stress now..but my advise to you is to relax ..u are cerianly work so hard and now this two weeks u need to revise the important topics..my last week was reviseing usmleworld Q bank..after each Q u will find educational object..its important to revise these before the exam..
dont forget to do NBME ..i get more than 10Q from the 4 exam
i wish u good luck and get score above 99

I'm a 4th year Egyptian medical student .. I'm preparing for step1!!..
I began my study 1 month ago!!
I finished Biochemistry , Histology , Embryo ..
I'm studying from Kaplan books .. Is it enough???
my Q is : what documents needed to be posted to ECFMG with my form 183???
About Jam .. I'm inerested in psycology and I read alot about panic attaks and other phobias ( eg: agorephobia .. etc )
all these panic attacks can be controlled by "chinese breathing practices" ..
I'll tell u one of them to try it when u have an attack:
( stay alone in a dark room .. then relax in ur bed .. close ur eyes .. try to take a big inspiration and don't expire it for a while .. then expire it slowly .. do this for 4 or 5 times .. then try to drawn ur head back .. then imagine tha u are like a birdwho is flying in the same room..and try to imagine that u r seeing yourslelf in this position .. through this don't move .. try also to control the uncontrolled moves .. be like a rock!! .. try to think about positive ideas .. don't open ur eyes till u feel better !! )

1-2 photocopies of the original transcript in native lang plus documented translation of the original transcript in english lang
2-2 photo of urself
3-2 forms to download from the www.ecfmg.org..didnt remeber the name but u can look at the 2007 bullteine information
