thanks dev. the only thing holding me back from dmc is the fact that there is an underlying rift between the management of dmc versus wsu. Even though they signed a contract, of course there's still the undercurrents of "discord" i guess.

go for MSU then its also in michigan and an unvirsity program

dmc is much better than MSU.MSU lies in a very poor area,not convenient at all,and the hospitals are not nice either.DMC are ranked by USNEWS.

I'm sorry I have to admit I don't know anything about those places but I have to say USNEWS is BS! Do not rely on that... -ever. They ranked MGH #3 in neuro/neurosurgery and why? Because it is a big regional center + Harvard so all the difficult cases are coming to them and then of course their mortality rate will be higher... By the way the #1 ranked place doesn't even accept trauma cases for NS ?! ... US news and world report is for people outside of medicine. If you want real facts just attend the M&M rounds if you can...
