hello,my CS exam date is very close,i want to know that can we write imp points during the history taking ,do they provide us sum thing on which we can write imp points ???????

yes u can write important points during history taking and they will provide you with a paper to write on for this purpose.

yes u can write on the paper they provide.What i wrote for each case and which i think really helped were 1. cc and the possible differentials atleast 3/4 before i entered the room as that gives u a better picture on what to ask.
2. Also wrote down PAM HUGS FOSS SODA as sometimes u tend to forget points and things abt onset,duration of symptoms...also these are very imp pts in history taking...so make good use of the paper they give.Although this means that u may use some time up before entering but its worth doing this for all the cases..it gives u that time to organise ur thoughts in the direction of ur chief complaint.i have also posted my exam experience so u could read thru it if u have the time,maybe u could find somethng useful in it before ur exam.all the best
