Hello,
There is so much online info for each subject,is it worth to study these?
then how to manage that along with books that we read in a stipulated amount of time.
Can somebody tell which are worth studying and which ones to have better missed?

dont do too much. regular kaplan notes + first aid + kaplan q bank + usmleworld cover 90% questions
