ok, everybody is talking about SECOND edition, which was published in Nov, 2006, but on cover you will see 2007, so it goes both ways.
if you have his lecture notes, you will have better idea about this book
it practically repeats what's in the lectures + MORE explanations/points to remember+LOTS of tables & graphs that are not in lectures+PICTURES (color perfect quality), 700+ pages of essential information needed for the exam and not only.
it cost only $37
the rest - is up to you

i think its v v important to do dr goljans material. i went through his high yeild 2002 and there were some questions v similar in the exam. im tryinng to find the 2005 high yeild.
but the 2nd edition of RR is v good too
