hello, guys
I am apologising beforehand for my silly question, but I really dont understand one thing: When step 3 is supposed to be taken..One source says that BEFORE matching, another - during residency..which puzzles me and makes no sense for my understanding..Just help me to clarify myself or so..)

You should take it around Match day for H1b sponsorship, but each hospital has its own deadline. If you do not need H1b visa, you may take it after you start residency.

Take it ASAP if you have time...feels nice to be done with it all.During intern year its hard to find focused time to prepare....believe me.That sho9ws in scores.Wont hurt to focus your energies and get done with it.
