Q1:

in abd trauma where laprotomy is must (h`dynamically unstable) shd be shifted to the nearest trauma centre instead of getting an iv access...

guptashutosh is absolutely right
but may i add:
the point is if u know the source of bleeding
u should get patient operated stat and not to wait till Hb is so and so or till patient is hemodynamically stable
