Hello,
i read on the ecfmg website that it's advisable to give cs by august 07, latest by december 07, otherwise you won't be able to partake in match 08?
isn't this something new?
can anybody advise?

u can take it whenever u want.
"it's advisable to give cs by august 07, latest by december 07" because it takes 2-3 months to have the result. if you take it in december, for ex, u may receive your result after the match, so...
as i've already said, it is advisable, but not a must
