Hey,

I don't really know that service but it sounds really sketchy....
I am sure you will pay a fortune and I am afraid you might not get experience you are looking for... Of course this is just my humble opinion, I don't know for sure because I have never worked with them.

If I were you I would probably search various universities' website and see if they offer externship or something. Email PCs and ask them directly. Search for options within the field of your chioce. Talk to attendings within the same field in your home country. You never know who they might know. NETWORK!!!! That is the key here! You will get further by doing that!!!!
Also if you are still a med student your options are better because of mal.practice insurance. If you are already an MD it will be a little more difficult but not impossible. I know people who did externship at VERY GOOD institutions, here in the States as MDs.

My point is try to do externship at a GOOD UNIVERSITY. I know for sure that e.g. Harvard offers externship at MGH!!! It doesn't get any better than that!!!! Of course it is expensive and you will need to live in Boston (also very expensive) but it will be worth it and that would definitely help you with residency!!!! No doubts about that.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!! Don't try to outsource this to some company. You will be better off if you reseach the above mention options for yourself.

I hope this helps. Goood Luck,

Not directly... Research is not USCE... However it will help you get through the door. It is easier to build your network when you are already here and also your research advisor might be able to help with your residency application. However; you should know that research is a tough job here (at least it was for me in the past 4 years) . Hours can be just as long as in residency... so if you are not truly interested I would not recommend it.
Well, it's your call. Good luck!
