b. intrauterine infection can cause asymmetrical IUGR...BP consistent with dates but abdo circum below 10th percentile shows just that.

C - Hypertension Definately assymetric IUGR(Head Sparring)... head receives all the nutrients from the blood... however most infections that can affect the fetus does it early in gestation and lead to symmetric IUGR... I believe its Maternal hypertension - which will affect the fetus late in gestation and lead to a nutritional deficit.

I think the diagnoses here is OLIGOHYDRAMNIOS , not iugr b`coz fetal age is consistent with the gestational age, so we must seek the condition associated with oligohy... and i found 2 dds here 1st intrautrine inf - but there is no history s/o such findings 2nd gross fetal anomalies like renal agenesis, and telipus equino varus post partum option D , i think i`ll go with D any other explanation is welcome, GL do u have the ans studying hard ?
