height are below the 5th

percentile for his age. His

bladder is enlarged and palpable

above the symphysis pubis. Which

of the following is the most

likely cause of his problem?

A.

Obstructive uropathy

A, obstructive uropathy but how a case of unstable bladder presents.

  #3

Obstructive uropathy is uncommon in children. Unstable bladder will not present filled upto above the symphisis. By exclusion i would like to pick up Primary (psychogenic) Polydipsia.
