Hi, Recently we got some blood tests done at Meadowlands Hospital Center at Secaucus. They charged us separately for Blood Handling Charges (Blood storage). We wanted to know whether these charges are appropriate. As far as we know these are part of lab services and should not be charges separately.
The next time we got the blood tests conducted from LABCORP. They did not charge us separately for blood handling.
Please advise.
