susy 18 yrs old student was brought to the emergency room with complaints of pain in the heel and limp. parents inform that she is a fitness freak, model student , and she does jog in the nearby forest for an hour everyday. there was no reported weightloss and mother never saw her vominting . on examnation,the area of heel is edematous , erythematous and tender to touch. susy noticed that something pricked her through her sneakers during her jogging a week ago. a diagnosis of osteomyelitis is made. what is the most likely causative agent?
