susy, 38 year old female gives history of hearing voices commenting on her thoughts and actions for last three months. she also says that the newspaper indirectly refers to her. Her symptoms started after she lost his job four months back. He has been working as a consultant in a beauty clinic.her behavior is strange sometimes.she tells that she has become irritable and she has surprised few of her customers with inappropriate sexual comments. she picked up an unnecessary quarell which has surprised all , since she is known her for good behaviour and manners previously. she shows peculiar thinking.
