Did anyone encounter cases other than those given in Usmle World or Firstaid?

USMLEHelp Step 2 CS - offers over 40 cases for you to practice with. They have complete patient notes after every scenario. Not like FA which only offers you a few. More cases, more notes, and a quick guide with FAQs and experience notes.... I used it, did well.

Not expensive either - only about 20 bucks and shipping. Don't quote me on the price, but it's certainly worth its weight in gold. I was hesitant at first, but their book is really good. Will become a standard really soon, I bet.

Hi,
There are a few cases that are not covered there like testicular pain etc. As per the other sources available, here is a list of courses

UsmleWorkd - 70 cases
Virtual-usmle-70 or so cases
UsmleSource-117 cases and some videos
