Will PDA cause cyanosis of lips after shunt reversal (that is, after pulmonary hypertension develops, the shunt becomes RIGHT-to-LEFT shunt)???

i personally thinks no, but im not sure, so could anyone please kindly help???

i thinks no because when there is right-to-left shunt in PDA, the deoxygenated blood in pulmonary artery mixed with oxygenated blood in aorta, but these mixed blood only goes down to lower part of the body WITHOUT going into right brachiocephalic artery, left internal carotid artery and left subclavian artery, SINCE the ductus arteriosus connects the bifurcation of the pulmonary artery and DESCENDING AORTA DISTAL to the left subclavian artery.

Please correct me, if my explanation is WRONG!!
thank you.
