What is important to start with; FA or UW cases, or the history taking and physical exam?

I would say to go first with The format of the test-Differential Diagnosis-History taking-PE and then cases from both UW and FA, work with timenod

If you have recent clinical practice and you study 6+ hours a day I would say you would be fine. See how you perform when practicing cases and decide from there
