A 9 yrs old child was brought to ER with complains of abdominal pain,sweating etc.His mother says that he ate rat poison .on lab investigation his PT id prolonged and PPT is normal.What will be ur drug of choice to treat : A. N-acetyl cystein B. protamine c. flumazenil D. vitamin K

vitamin k because the poison is a warfarin

GOOD. Conversly if the pt shows normal PT and proloned PPT.Then what will be the answer ?

Protamine because in this case heparin is the drug
