if i only study the high yield gross anatomy will that be enough or i still need another source, please help.

Kaplan is sufficient for Anat, but HY is even better..Best resource heard s far.
I haven't found anybody recommending anything else as supplement, as far Gross is concerned!!

DRPLACEBO , HIGH YIELD IS MUCH SHORTER , DO YOU THINK I CAN DEPEND ON IT ALONE , AND FORGET ABOUT KAPLAN , I READ A LITTLE FROM KAPLAN KIND OF DIDN'T LIKE THE WAY IT'S WRITTEN . SO YOU THINK HIGH YIELD ALONE IS ENOUGH

Kaplan anat =Histo+Gross+Neuroanat
As far 'Gross' is concernd, I don't think it short, coz HY Neuro anat is another book(highly recommended-infact more than gross).
There is also a HY-Histology is a very big one could be skippd (If U hav good concepts)
So U can go ahead with HY Gross Anat & HY Neuroanat, with Histology supplementd with any other resource.
Even HY Histo can be flippd fast since most of it is an overlap between Physio-so not much of a deal depending on time U hav!!

This is not meant to propogandize HY,coz even I hav a dwnloded version.
But I felt comfortable with its style & presentation, along with expert recommendation.

thanx drplacebo that helped allot, i'll go for HY gross and neuro and i'll decide on the histology later, what about embyrio , what do you recommend?if you have to choose between kaplan histo and HY histology what will you pick?

There is a HY-Embryo but is optional,if U hav time & aiming 4 great score its advised, else FA wud suffice.
About Histo, if have time, definitely HY wud be my pick.

for embryo...
dont do HY , in my opinion as it has way too much info. if you read with kaplan you will notice it is literally word for word at some parts!
i just flipped thru my kaplan book and highlighted my HY embryo... and used the HY book, along with the extra clinicals it has.
embryo is a very low yield topic. look at FA as a reference as to what is most important.
same as far as histo goes.
i know anatomy is low yield but it ust seems so important to know wheer everything is in your body to me- im usin both kaplan n HY
