just wondering if there is others who wrote their exam on 27/dec. what's is your opinion? I found it long and was running out of time at end 2-3 question in every block except 2 finish on time.

hey guys, just quick note i recieved my score and i am glad that i passed and i am over this exam. quick tips: 1) follow the 99ers tips... 2) work hard...i prepared for 5 intensive months without any break. i am second year medical student in East europe , so i didn't had the luxury of carib. med students that get prepared during their undergrad or graduated doctors who have little bit more practical experience. 3) here are my resource a) first aid: read it over and over...don't leave it for last week or anything like that...follow it w/ every subject you finish reading. b) do kaplan vidoes it is really helpful. only the pathology i would recomend golyan notes, it's life saving. also, start with pathology because it covers all disease in every subject. when you move to other subjects it will be kind of review of pathology. c) i did only q-bank w/ 70% completed. my avg score 65% overall(range b/w 60-83%). but go thru every question whether it's right or wrong..it's not wast of time but helps alot. again refer to first aid when you doing questions from q-bank. do it in time mode 50q and other 50q don't time yourself. d)i was runing off time during exam......so make sure your reading fast and analyzing it quickly...if you see question that you don't know or it's too long just read first and last sentence and move on........ e) stick to one source...kapan and F.A. and golyan...don't overwhelmed yourself.....this is more than enough to beat this exam. f) good luck to you all... take care meghaw...i really didn't know how to feel...i knew allmost everything in that exam using above sources but i was running off time...one thing it's really exhausting..please don't drive that day....bad mistake because i was feeling a sleep in every light when driving home...
