I am presently doing my third year residency on H1B visa.I am going to be CR another year on H1b.Thereafter I wish to pursue my fellowship.My husband's green card has been filed and he is waiting for his EAD.Now I know I am short one year of my H1b to complete my fellowship.So can I work one year on my husband;s EAD and then we both get our green card.Is that possible ever?
