i applied online today (connecticut). If i send the paper (CID) after notarising it etc by 5th Jan, will i still be eligible for giving step 3 in feb 1st week?
or is it like step 1 and 2 where application needs to have reached by dec 31st for feb-apr slot?

It takes about 5 days for them to process the application and then they notify you by e mail after that you have to contact Prometric and usually should be able to get a slot to take exams within 4-6 weeks so it is not like step1 -2
