I found it and after reading a few pages of it, I found myself drooling and my tongue was down to my knees.
If you take some time to read it carefully, you'll find that this guy after a ton of surgical training in the UK and after 20 years of carrying for the wounded on the warfield (like the desert storm operation) he applyed for residency in texas; he was a bigshot lieutenant colonel and also a resident in PS . Moreover, if you look closely, he didn't waste time even when he was in the field hospitals and had a constant activity of publishing!!! Amazing. I felt a useless prick, a bug after I finished reading.
I searched the web for mail addresses of faculty to send some mails to get accepting in doing some electives. But now I won't get anywhere near this guy's address!!!!! Amazing!
