friends for ppl with no contacts.....plz give ur coments
how tto approch a doc and tell him u wnt to wrk for him on voulantry basis(so that he knows we dont want money) .whn we sit with him what all things should we 've in the file along with the resume?
should we approch desi/non-desi docs?i found desi docs a bit avoiding me on situations.

i so agree with you...Of all the people i think desi doc should be the ones supporting their people as they must have gone thru the same hurdles...but sadly they are the ones who are so unwilling to help.
