Does anybody know how NBME score correlates with % of correct answers?

I can only guess, but if the maximum score of the nbme is 800, and there are 200 q , then maybe 4 points a question.

It is not like each Q weighs 4 marks, but said that 86-88% correct answers mean 95+ of actual score......
This is just n approximation , nobody knows how its exactly calculated..

Hi

i just finished the NBME form 2 with a 56.5% result. How can i convert this to the 3 digit score??????? i know is not exactly proportional.

the nbme will give you a conversion chart

Or is not a chart perse, and the NBME make the conversion?

Hey guys

Here is a correlation of the % and 3 digit score

i got 58.5% in form 1 and that is 330 (200-800)

You pass with 380
