I thought about that , however, when you think about cardiovascular problems there are so many factors that contribute to it. triglycerides, cholestrol, smoking , family history , being male , being a postmenapausal female , hypertension, Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus. However the single biggest risk factor that causes death in onstructive sleep apnea is obesity. Losing wieght is the treatment + cpap if needed. Thus I say the loss of wieght would cause the greatest reduction in number of deathsin slep apnea compared to Cardiovascular disease. I'm not sure. But on the test I think thats what I would pick.

answer is A, breast and colon cancer. a study involving 15000 women showed wt.loss reduced the incidence of breast and colon ca by 40%

might be the key word is "mortality rate" - it is why q is in behavioral.
and mortality - cancers and cardiovascular.
and in women it might be primarly cancers, (breast - colon - lungs) not sure in this subject.
and by loosing weight women have less chance to get this and die.
so might be q is about mortality prevalence in women in general?
??
