am preparing for step 1 usmle exams. have this problem of name change. i needed to know if an official Gazzette document is supporting evidence for a name change( current name doesnt match name on diploma)? would it be equivalent to an official court order for a name change? has anyone any experience with this issue or with an official court order for name change, then please kindly advice.
