Vesicular lesion is see in
a) primary syphilis
b) secondary syphilis
c) tertiary syphilis
d) congenital syphilis

d Congenital

chancre is not vesicular lesion.
secondary - macular rash

in congenital syphilis in contrast to acquired syphilis, a vesicular rash and bullae may develop. These lesions are highly infectious.
