im an old img and most of the HODs of my time are now retired. is it ok to get letters of recommendation from the current ones? do they give me if i havent worked with them? im worried. how many lors are needed per programme? if any one has sample LORs pls mail me @ prekoll77@yahoo.com

hi sandra,
LORs depends on how many the programs you apply wants you to send them thru ERAS. I'm an old IMG too but I'm working as a clinical assistant here in U.S so I was able to get LORs from the doctors I work with.
