vaccines like inflenza and mmr must not be given to patients with egg allergy,so this patient should not receivw influenza vaccine.

all of u right.Now what UW says is u should ot give influenza,yellow fever,MMR in egg allergy and pneumococcal vaccination is not a routine in CF.then it says the answer is D.

If you read the explanation carefully its says that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CF patient should be given influenza vaccine but Pneumoccocal vaccine is not needed as CF patient rarely get infected with Pneumoccus ........ now you notice that patient has egg Allergy mean we cant give influenza vaccine!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then in explanation its says that as Pneumoccus vaccine is readily available so most physcians give that vaccine even to CF patient!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
