We know that:
for 1 vessel disease we do balloon angioplasty
for 2 vessel disease, we tx with medications
for triple vessel disease and L main disease we do By-pass
so whats the only group with 2 vessel disease thats shown to do better with by-pass?

CABG has been shown to improve prognosis in symptomatic patients with:
- a significant left main stem stenosis of 50% or more
- triple vessel disease
- two vessel disease including a significant proximal LAD stenosis
- particularly if left ventricular function is impaired or the exercise test is strongly positive.
