hi ,
i have a chance for surg prelim ,can u suggest me the visa issues involved and is that i can apply for IM after surg prelim?confused

Visa - what ever the program that hires you will offer - probably a J - very few programs will sponsor for an H visa for a one year program.
Yes, you can apply for IM after a prelim year of surgery.

thanks bbb,well how much chance do i have in IM after surg prelim??cause i spoke to a guy who is doing in surg prelim in a i.v league univ , he has totally confused me by saying that i cant swtich programs and that gives a bad impression as well as i have to leave this country once i cant get surg categorical after surg prelim..........anyway,i dont have many choices to pick ,left with very few choices bbb,but still i need to know these things before i step in , i like to get the shock before rather than getting it later......
