Can we start treatemnt of endometriosis suspecting from History and physical findings or do we need to do laparoscopy. and on laparoscopy can we start treatment from gross appearance or do we need histopathologic confirmation?

Laparoscopy for direct visualization also we can do laparatomy(powder burns, raspberry lesions)/
for th. :
We have medical options and surgical
Medical:GNRH analogs constantly Or continues fashion (LUPRAN),OCP,Provera, DAnazol.
Surgical option laparascopic Ablation , Histerectomy ,salpingo oophorectomy.

I THINK SURGICAL TREATMENT IS THE BEST OPTION FOR ENDOMETRIOSIS
