can anyone tell me if its worthwhile listening to goljan's step 2 tapes? are they as good as step 1?

If you have enough time to devote in step 2 Yes it's worth listening.OB & surgery are very helpful. I'm not finished w/ IM lectures except for the notes coz I don't have much time to finish it. GL

the goljan tapes for step 2 do include surgery?
I listened to the first 4-5 hours (4-5 audios) and mostly he was taking about acid base, electrolytes, diuretics... some things are common with the step 1 lectures, even some common jokes (eg. are you dead?  ) to me they seem also more "poorely" recorded, not clear beginning and end... poorer audio quality...
did anyone listen tot the full goljan step 2 ripp?
