Kaplan is proven 1, but Q's are extra tough....above the main exam level.
Usmle world has been recently gaining momentum....which is a cheaper alternativ,
but with good Q's and even better explanations which have 2 be thorougly focussed.
I wud suggest UW.....

Both if you have the time and the money.
if not Kaplan Q bank.
Kaplan q bank not only makes a great question bank but also compliments the notes.It helps get a good feel of the real exam and is helpful in some way in predicting the scores on the real exam
USMLE WORLD for all the above mentioned reasons makes a a good bank of questions also it is a bit more picky than the real exam so it really prepares you for the real thing.
