hi....i have just finished my MBBS but havent received my degree certificate as yet ( it shall take 4 more months)...my question is what do i apply as...a student or a graduate?....any idea?

as a graduate, when you apply as a graduate, in IWA there are multiple options, in which you can mention that you havn't received your degree as yet but have graduated.

In addition u have to give a letter from your school, that u have have finished your graduate, and u are getting your degree certificate in so and so date.
