hi sheena n medcouk,how is studyin goin?I am doin ok, just picking up gradually.I just completed anatomy,plannin to review it in FA and med essentials then practice some ques b4 moving to Physiology.Last week was a bit slow for me.I hope i pick up this week.

loging back in after a very long time.have been quiet busy past couple of weeks, didn got time to log in, but i ahve been studying,done with biochem,and have started physio,doing endocrinology today, my target is to finish it by tommorrow, and then will only be left with GI in physio,
ok then back towardds the books.
will write my progress at the end of the day.

done with almost half of endocrinology.just finished the insulin chapter.
taking a half an hour break , will be back to endo in 20 minutes.
neone intrested in discussing stuff, ius welcome.

my weekends are always slow!!!!Cos my Hubby's usually at home i'm currently on hematology,alot of this stuff is familiar cos of step 2,i'm thinking of goin to the unfamiliar micro biology,mayb reading it along with path.I havent really made up my mind yet though.
How's ur studyin goin?Goljan is just amazing fr path,especially his audio

yeah weekends are very slow for me too.i cannot decide whether to do pathology from kaplan or goljian, i have heard a lot of people highly recomending goljian.plus u r liking it too, so i guess i will stick with goljian.
I strted doping micro everyday also because it is so much to retain, can't do it all at once.i try to do a few pages every day before going to bed.
didn study much today, because of a family gathering ,but will leave for library early tommoro , to catch up.have to get started on goljian.

2 I would have to leave early to say my prayers,
3 its so cold here
I am sure goin to the library would help me read faster , at least most of the distractions that are at home wouldnt b there.Anyways wishin u a gr8 week ahead.

ok at last I am done with physio.
picking up patho but i am kind of confused between goljian and kaplan.i think i will finish cell injury from goljian then i will decide if i want to switch back to kaplan.

Hello Sheena! Thanks for your note and am feeling better today. I would suggest you do Goljan. I took the live lectures and his notes are very good and also some friends who gave step 1 did it from there and felt good. A good read along with it would be BRS if you have it. Good luck! Just stick to one thing.

hey thanks gimbugie, that very helpful advice, i am thinking about following goljian too, after reading the first chapter i am kind of liking it, but BRS looks very lengthy, i will read a chapter from it and then see what it is like.

About path, its a good idea if u do goljan along with his audio, his lectures are REALLY good.
I havent decided whether or not i'll use brs for now.Okays happy studying

i have wasted a lotof time during last three days, but finally decided which books to foolow.
ok I have to finish pathology from kaplan and goljian books combined in next two weeks.i am not listening to the audios right now. i will listen to them in my second reading.
ok now i am starting inflammation today.
