Hi guys, because of time constraints during cs, I´m thinking of performing the CV exam just in a sitting position. UW suggest to do it in 3 posisitons, 1st sitting, the lying down then sitting again...
Could anybody tell me if its ok to do it just in a sitting position?..., in the SP check list they don´t ask for different positions..., so...

i think it depends on the case, if it was a cvs case you should do it at least 2 positions , but for other not that relevant cases i would do it only one postion and only auscultation.
