which programs are realistic for IMGs? any one has any idea?

I don't know about Boston, but in Omaha -- Creighton University has a decent number of IMGs. And it's a very good program too, average size, with good teaching and good fellowship placement.

thats good. what are the kind of usmle scores that creighton expects? do they want USCE or GC/US citizen?
