I was checking on info about the H visa and one thing is not completeley clear, can the spouse of the H1B holder apply for a working license???

Other thing... who should pay for the premium process fee??? the applicant or the hospital??

Ok... if someone knows something about these please answer...

Thanks

the dependent gets a H4 visa which is not a working visa(no social security no.), to get working licence the spouse must get his/her own H1B(i.e. by applying for jobs, and having the employer sponsor the H1B)
premium processing is always paid by the applicant..
hope this helps..

As of this last year, premium processing is paid by the employer.

TO bbb:

You said:"As of this last year, premium processing is paid by the employer."

Is this a general rule or program specific?

Thank you
