the file you are downloading from the above link is just like the combination of links where the files you need are present
so you have to install a programm that can download these files from those links such as utorrent or azureus
this is the link for the utorrent ,it is really small and easy to use
http://download.utorrent.com/1.6/utorrent.exe
all you have to do after you installed this program is to download and run the file with .torrent extension( i mean the tiny file that used not to work but this time it will and you can then start the download of the goljan audio as you wish you may even choose to download only the audio files lectures that you select any way i hope i have introduced any help .
