since we all need use NBME as self evaluation, but we also want to discuss the Qs we doubt about, I think we can post the Qs marked by seperate form1,2,3,4. e.g. people who want to take form 1,2 still can look form3,4's Qs. how is that?

7. 15y girl upset because R breast is larger than L. she will not attend physical classes becasuse embarrassed to undress. breast develop began 2y ago. menarche has not yet occured. exam: R breast twice as large as L. the R breast tanner 4, L tanner 3. most appropriate intervention?

24. newborn difficult deliver. complicated by severe depression R shoulder. MRI shows avulsion of a single root of brachial plexus. the one ventral ramus of C5 to T1 spinal n has most likely been injured?

yes its normal to have different stages of breasts...
but dint get the second question :S
severe depression of right shoulder would be causing avulsion of C5 n C6 .. C5 most likely...

what is reduced in hiv ?
1. nk cell activity
2. IL2 levels
3. adcc
4. macrophages
