I have to write to a program I interviewed at. I did not meet the PD and was interviewed by others. Who should I addresss my thank you notes to?
how do i thank the PD when i havent met him

you could also write to the program coordinator and convey your thanks to every one who met you and the pd for the interview opportunity.
